SNACKVILLE, US assumes no liability for adverse reactions, allergic responses, or health issues resulting from the consumption of any products purchased through our Website.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • 9.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  • 9.2 Forum Selection. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

 

10. Product Availability & Substitutions 

 

All orders are subject to product availability. SNACKVILLE, US reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to substitute any item, flavor, or product within a snack box or care package with an item of equal or greater value if the original item becomes unavailable or out of stock. 

11. Order Cancellation Policy 

Because our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled, altered, or modified once they have entered processing. If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately at contact@snackvilleus.com. Cancellations are not guaranteed and are handled at our sole discretion.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Integration. These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and SNACKVILLE, US regarding the subject matter herein, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, or agreements, whether oral or written. By placing an order with SNACKVILLE, US, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
