Sourcing and Authenticity

All items included in our packages are:

- Individually wrapped and factory sealed in their original packaging,

- Legally purchased from authorized retailers or distributors,

- Unaltered and authentic, as sold to the general public.

 

We comply with the First Sale Doctrine, which permits the resale of genuine products that have been lawfully obtained.

 

Repackaging and Handling

Items may be grouped together and placed in custom packaging by Snackville, US strictly for resale and gifting purposes. While the individual items remain factory sealed, the outer packaging (box, bag, or container) may be custom-branded.

 

To ensure food safety and hygiene:

- All items are repackaged in a clean, controlled environment,

- Handlers use gloves when organizing products,

- No items are opened, relabeled, or modified from their original state.

Nutritional & Allergen Information

Snackville, US does not manufacture or alter any of the food products included in our packages. For ingredient lists, nutritional information, and allergen warnings, please refer to the original packaging on each item or consult the manufacturer’s website directly.

 

Customers with food allergies should exercise caution. While we take cleanliness seriously, packages may contain items that include or are processed in facilities with common allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, and eggs.

Storage & Shelf Life

We recommend storing all products in a cool, dry place. Heat-sensitive items (such as chocolate) may melt during shipping in warm months. While we take reasonable steps to package these items securely, Snackville, US is not liable for damage due to weather or improper storage after delivery.
